An Eden Odyssey

Matt Hayes from Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey just joined the Eden family. Matt joined JFJO last year and primarily plays upright bass in this amazing advent-groove jazz ensemble. I first met Matt when we shared the stage at the House of Blues Chicago on 4/4/09. He was using Aguilar at the time and his combo had a blown tweeter. After Fifth World’s set he was very impressed with my tone and we started chatting about him joining the Eden artist roster. He just ordered a WT800 with a D210XLT8 and a D212XLT8. JFJO just finished recording a new EP entitled One Day in Brooklyn available everywhere on Sep. 1st from Kinnara Records. Check out the footage from the recording session and look for the gold amp in the background!! JFJO will be opening for the Mike Gordon Band (Phish bassist and Eden artist) this September.
