Tonight Evolver Vancouver Spore landed at a new space and broke it in with our signature energy for the Great Reskilling. After 2 years of doing Spores at a range of spaces it really felt like this is a space we can begin to deepen the effects of the Spores with more ongoing related events in a welcoming community space fresh and waiting for our offerings.

It's the end of the final day before the Evolver Vancouver Spore happens tomorrow. Am I ready? It feels like a rite of passage in itself, like getting ready for birthing on some level. The topic being brought forward was a suggestion to the Evolver Spore network I made months ago. Sometime in the vicinity of hearing that I learned of the Burning Man theme being Rites of Passage as well.

Today a bit of heartening news, The House of Commons has approved a motion calling for a permanent ban on oil tankers off British Columbia’s coast.The NDP motion passed by a vote of 143-138, with all opposition parties supporting it and Conservatives opposed. More details:
