Net Movements

How's my Evolvering today? Let me tell you. I had a look for some fetching blogs, none jumped me right off. Likely something there, I'll reserve the anticipations for later study, should it come to that. Events; hmm, need to get out more. nothing scheduled for a ways, must needs initiate. Could I cause a convention?have to chew that. What am I about here, anyhow? Why not give more? why not ask for help? keys to so many damn doors in this machine, and I-me-quanta dispersed ephemerally cross all thresholds...

That puts my thinking cap on, low and tight. aargh. am I unidentified without clear exchange relations to my peers? do I even know who they are, or do I know how to know them, or how to know that I do? cap off. definitely

Feel,.. dislocated from social fabric and love's force; disoriented from avenues of validation and outreach, invitation, empathy...all seen, but what is me? Yes, only That.

And that leads me roundways here to stepping up a sec, on a somewhat central subject to E Team: we're sculpting this whole vast simmering field into flow patterns and diagrams of adventure and habit, it goes way beyond the set of defined acts and trajectories that is Evolver(net,'10)..we're making rules and putting them to vote. but then we must drop them and stay fresher or we're relics, co-opted, gamers. How does the E+ social movement operate in a derelict webspace and stay avant of the garde?

Look at this, Nodilus .com for instance. And there are lots of others, angling (often, as are these crew, with philanthropic intent) for eyeballs and energies; what seems like the wisest, workingest distribution of nodes in the net? Futile to ask I suppose, these things tend to resolve themselves. But here, back to the 'standby' tactic. no likey! how to apply better than .5ass +hope. Or is the singularity so truly imminent that we have taken it as preamble and pledge?

I vibe with a lot of Evolver &co.s stated tack/tics. I begrudge some of the unmanifest transparencies and collaborativity, for what I'd like in the net-space nexus. But if that's a road to faster/farther action on terra vitae, bueno. Or maybe the needed leverage for slightly destabilizing things toward that constant recentering of staying atop the crystal culture ball...
