Bio

I am both intrigued by and passionate about spiritual growth and enjoying moments out of life. I am an avid reader, traveler, seeker, music/movie enthusiast, animal and nature lover. I love conversations that make me really think and/or make me smile. I was first lead onto this path by the most endearing and hilarious woman I know, my Grandma, who I am glad to know is still with me even through the perceived separation of death.

I recently have completed my program to become a Certified Hypnotherapist and I am continuing on with training to specialize in my interest areas. These areas include both past life regression and life between life regression, which is regression to when a person (soul) was in the spiritual plane. I am excited to start out on this as to be able to provide this for people around the country (via phone.)

Experiencing my own regressions has opened my eyes as I am able to meet my spirit guide and angel, loved ones who have passed, ask about what my purpose is, why I get stuck in certain ruts, understand how I've known current people in past lives, why certain people are in my life, why I'm having certain emotional or health concerns and what to do about it, etc. I am always amazed at how many answers are out there if you are willing to seek. Which I find seeking to be a thrilling part of the journey.

Skills and talents

I feel compassion is a strength of mine as well as honesty and certain moments of creativity when I get "into the zone." I also feel that I am able to be both insightful and fun loving. From the spiritual plane I am told that I am very strong and that a good representation of my soul in that area would be mountains. I am also told that I strongly vibrate love. I am in the process of trying to decide how to best use these talents as I have been asked to realize what I could do with my strength and power.
