A simple way to channel.

Whats happenin fellow Evolvers! This is an easy and basic method to communicate with what has been referred to as Higher Intelligence, light beings, ETs, star people, your soul family , multidimensional beings, or however you would like to describe the friendly sources of encouragement support and divine information that are accessible to every human being in this world, in every moment. It's likely you have had micro-experiences of this nature whilst dreaming, tripping, meditating, creating art, music, or design, or experiencing feelings of Deja Vu, ecstasy or familiarity (a sense of instrinsic knowing and being) within a moment... this is an exercise in prolonging the bliss and magic of these special moments into a meaningful and fruitful dialog.

I want to say firstly that i cannot take personal credit for this method... all credit goes to the amazing Lauren C. Gorgo of www.thinkwithyourheart.net and www.telepathytraining.ning.com (both highly recommended) and her clear and direct communcation style!

That said, its a four step process.

1.) Relax yourself into a state of joy and ease, preferably in a quiet atmosphere where you feel comfortable to begin with.

2.) Declare to yourself and the universe your intention to communicate with your Soul Family or Star Guides.

3.) Intuitively switch your brain from sending mode to receiving mode. Theres a mental switch in there you just gotta find it- easier than you think!

4.) To start out, some form of automatic writing will do wonders. Just start typing/writing exactly what comes through you, and see if you start to feel a connection. It may be sporadic, but keep with it. If you find a familiar feeling, words of encouragement and a peaceful intelligence you are on the right track. Just remember that this is not the ability of a select few, we all hold some form on all dimensions of our beings, we just have to recall this innate connection- in other words you got this thang- you're already there!

Sounds too good to be true? Then you might want to re-evaluate your belief systems and ask yourself if they are limiting your range of possible reality experiences and if so why? Also remember that science can only explain what it understands, which does not negate the unknown but rather implies how much is yet to be discovered! Very exciting and compelling.

Some pointers:

Trust yourself! Follow your bliss, follow your breath. Follow the positive feelings and thoughtforms

Your consciousness is tunable like a guitar or radio, so be sure you are tuning to the frequency of your deepest joy (preferable one of inner peace, bliss, empathy and love) in this way you will not falter.

Blessed be, psychonauts. Remember every dimension is present in this very moment, the only NOW that ever is, and that the universe is teaming with life, the overwhelming majority of which is easily classifiable as peaceful, harmonious and friendly.

Any ET's or interdimensional consciousness that you would actually want to talk you are waiting for your consent to communicate (non-interference like Star TreK) and so once you take the first step you will be amazed by their kindness, compassion, intuition, and unique perspective.

I had immediate success with this technique, as i am a linguistically inclined person, but you may receive more intuitive sensations including 'pictures', sparkles, geometries, feelings, messages, and holographic gestalts. All of these are valid and beautiful in their own light. Usually for me, sparkles of a light bright blue color are a sign my Guides (Arcturian collective consciousness) are within my perception.
