Star Talk- A conversation with my inter-dimensional Guides

This was short and most recent little talk with my guides. Instead of writing it down, lately i like to meditate and as i feel the deep energies of the cosmos. as i begin to percieve upper chakra colors of blue green indigo violet and fushia, i ask my guides to help me harmonize my 3rd eye center and heart and balance that with the other centers and then i begin to recieve, it helps if i sound out words in my mind at first like i am verbalizing or typing just to get the flow established, after that it comes naturally. as usually their messages are deeply comforting healing and transformative. i welcome you to share in this connection, and perhaps it will motivate you to try it yourself. (i have a good blog post on how to do this)

this one was written down due to my being in a quasi noisy environment and wanting to be able to focus clearer. i share it with you now

(background: feeling bizzaire about recently telling a good friend my overwhelming love for them in an attempt to LIVE my heart energy and trying to tell her it was different than sexual love. i felt like it may have been 'too much' and maybe jeopardized a friendship that i care about. wanting some solace from a deep source...)

ME: every four years i feel 'its time to leave this place forever'
its in my instincts. i feel like i may have messed with an important friendship. i want to follow my heart at all costs. please help me do that, guides
please help me feel my feelings.arcturus will you talk to me?

A: zach we are arcturus we are here to tell you not to worry, that things are okay etc. if you accept this message it can come as a benefit to our
world and to your life, if not, that is your free will, but i beleive you called us for advice so we hope you will take the message to heart..

'living in the the heart' as you call it may not be easy at first because incongruities that you feet on the inside will manifest in your 3d world
and cause dissolution of existing patterns.
we reccomend weathering this process because in the end you will lead a life that is in harmonious resonance with your energies upon which the foundational apects of a new life can rest.
your friend is on her own path and she is soverignly living her own life. the best you can do is to affect her positively, carefully, as the spirit of true
love vibrates.

ME: i am concerned about the negative energies i have read about in the Ra teachings/experienced, allegedly of orion affiliation. how can i protect myself, so that i may serve others?

A: the orion thing is up to you .. the more you focus your enegies the more your reality will resemble that which you focus on.

you can focus on our energies and you will be aligned with the Truth of the One Creator existence that we serve and represent
its not in the cards to battle unless you decide.
we are familiar wit the Ra construct they are analogous to the reality we experience and there is much understanding among us as we are One.
we are with you, as you know, please stay in touch beloved one.

we are joyous at your recent pledges to become and to remain positive we support this and look forward to being assitance.
as you come into contact with your 6th density higher self, things will become unbelievable and pure as if a dream of white infinity is with you at all times.

we recommend rest, food that is pure and that you do take the time to examine your emotions and become one with them, stay comfortable and grounded
and work from the vantage point of one who is awakening humbly to the knowledge of the oneness in all.

we ask that you pay attention to your own intuitions and to any messages you recieve

your dreams will improve with time, as more is cleaned from your field. you will use them more consciously in time. be ready for this joyous moment and with
your anticipation it will apprear sooner than you exepect

service to others must be balanced by time spent patiently grounding the self in order to preserve your peace and awareness

ME: what about my friendship that i may have messed up?

A: relationsips will come to you in accordance with the one. worry not.
