Weening Ourselves From Dualistic Thinkings

Let me first say that I am not a physicist or a scientist so these thoughts are coming only from what I have read and thought about and my own intuition.
Anytime I read a book or see a film(i.e. "What the Bleep") about reconciling the split between science and spirituality, they all seem to say that what is spiritual is not physical or that the spiritual is not material. This seems to me to be a clinging to the idea that matter and spirit are separate and therefor dual.
Let me first define terms. I would like to make a difference between distinction and separation. Through our human senses, we distinguish between "objects" that we percieve. For instance, we distinguish between the thumb and the other fingers, but the thumb and fingers are part of the hand. We distinguish between between the yoak and the white of the egg, but they are part of the egg, they are separate. And they are really only distinguished in our limited human senses. I as I understand quantam physics, there is no separation or distinction at all outside of our perceptions.
What if we classify spirit as a form of energy or and combination of information/consciousness and energy. Correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't Einstien tell us that energy and matter are the same thing in different forms? It is only a spectrum of solidity or denseness and lightness or fineness. A diamond or a crystal being really dense, and spirit being very fine. The finest of the fine.
What I got from reading Erwin Lazlo's "Science and the Akashic Field" is that each partical/wave creates a field around it and that connects it to ever other partical/wave in the universe. And this field pervaids throughout the universe. I put this together with the idea of gestalt. That the whole is more than the sum of the parts. That there is an energy that works among seemingly separate "objects" when you put them together. I think this may be way feng shui works as well. This energy, I propose, is spirit. This is how spirit travals faster than light and goes through solid matter and animates matter.
Throughout history there have been many spiritual traditions, religions, and philosophies that tried to put down matter or the material world as at best and illusion(as in Eastern religions) or downright evil or fallen in Judeochristianity. This led to systems of trying for our good souls/spirits to escape from the material world. I will propound my theory of why this tendency came about in religious history in future blogs. But the fact of the matter is that spirit cannot escape matter because spirit is a manafestation of matter. Matter creates spirit through its varous energy fields and in return energy animates matter. Like Shakti and Shiva. Shakti (matter) creates Shiva (energy) and he animates her and moves her through love.(Eros) This is how the universe/Kosmos creates itself.

You will have to take my word on this

or maybe not take my word on this, but ........... the answer is yes and no. There is a dualistic reality of a sort, one of this dimension, one of the spiritual they are connected through an umbilical cord like structure, a channel, making both parts of a whole, one in the same. Because of it structural design dualism appears to be correct but is in fact incorrect. Multiple channels are in all likelihood possible. We are held in this world by a stone that blocks the channel. In the metaphysical we are spiritual energy. In the metaphysical we would appear, if sight were or is possible, as rotating multi-faceted diamonds. What actually happens when one has spiritual experiences is the connection is made through the channel and your other self has access to this world. We do not perceive its reality , it perceives ours. This connection is voluntary and can be initiated through prayer, meditation and other means though in some instances it maybe experienced involuntarily. The more the connection is made the clearer, purer the connection becomes, within limits. What we perceive is a residue, a dust if you will, of these uncommon experiences.

Life is unique; it is a gift; in that it is rare. It's gift is consciousness of self and the experience of solidity. It is possible we were metaphysical before we were born and in all likelihood will return there after our deaths in a singular state. If not, then this reality is required to create our metaphysical state.

The other dimension does not experience physic as we know it, time and space do not exist as we perceive them, if they exist at all. The metaphysical realm is huge, dwarfing all the known universes for it contains all that ever was or will be. Its existence only lasted and instant, a pulse and we ride on the outer edge of it's creation in the eddy's and flows of the energy of its creation. This reality is a "condensation" of the metaphysical, at some point our reality just appeared. Our reality is perceived in extreme slow motion, a by product of the condensation.

A word about how I came to these conclusions. As an individual I'm more pragmatical, logical then creative. Flight of fantasy are not my strong suit. These impressions are the accumulation of my "seeing", "visions" if you will. None of them were preconceived, they just happened and I then reconstructed the information into this form. Are they the ramblings of the subconscious? More then likely not. It's not my message so to speak, I'm just its (?! I'm not sure what "it" is) presenter, the messenger.

As always, you may accept or reject this descriptions as you like.

Thanks for the insight.

Thankyou Harbinger for you insights. I think that maybe we are saying the same thing in two different ways. You are using the metaphor of the umbilical chord as I see my metaphor of the white and yoak of an egg. Or the positive and negative of electricity maybe. There is a linguistic duality there but they are parts of a greater whole.
You seem to have great insight and if I sound like I am arguing with you, it is only to learn from you. Like a student may argue with a teacher. This is why I joined Evolver. For feedback on my own ideas and insights and to learn from others. I am going to read your blogs.

What Metaphor?

I have been in the room with this channel and have experienced it personally. Of all the things I've witnesses metaphysically the channel and enlightenment have been the most clear, appearing directly in this world. I do not hallucinate and during these events I was not using.

Within it is a wind.
