The Good Code Houses

I have been working on developing a model for sustainable community. If all goes as planned on Oct 1 the first Good Code House will be in existence.

I thought I would share the mission statement with the Evolver community:

Good Adventures Begin with Good Ideas
1. Foster sustainability
affordable housing
development of lifelong friendships (love and care)
rules that make good sense
creative industry development for long-term sustainability of the individual and community
become an active participant in an alternative economy that meets the needs of our changing economic times

2. Building for the Common Good
build good thinking
build good emotional health
build good physical health
build good relationships with individuals
build good relationships with society
build good relationships with our world

3. Imagining the Greater Good
A higher power love, supports and guides us all.
I have a good reason for being in the world. I can find it and live it.
I can learn Good principles that will help me build a Good life.
Sowing Good seeds in my life leads to a Good Harvest. I can plant Good seeds.
the problems in my life are from planting bad seeds. I can pull up the weeds one by one and make my life more beautiful.
I am not alone. I have meaningful connections with people who care. I have help to say on the Good path.
I am important and needed.

Learn why true leadership is about service. Learn how to serve with Joy
Learn why seeing the Good in all circumstances is the path to true prosperity. Learn how to see the Good
Learn that you are here to aid others who are struggling. Learn how to rightly aid others.
