A sustainable spiritual Calendar for the Age of Aquarius 2012

I suppose by now many of you have heard about the Mayan Calendar ending on 2012. I look at this as a sign that another calendar is to begin. It is an ending and rebirth to a calendar for the long awaited "Age of Aquarius" that has been dawning for quite some time.
Your first reaction might be to think, "Oh, but we can never change calendars". It is true that we have quite an infrastructure build up around the Gregorian Calendar. However, we could have an addition spiritual symbolic calendar! Read on if you remain open minded to this possibility.

The Aquarian Calendar represents the movement to break mentally free from the Gregorian Calendar of Pope Gregory and Caesar. It is the movement to
make the calender more rhythmic and logical and bring the Solstices and
Equinoxes back to their rightful place as natural, celestial, organic
holidays.

Every other aspect of our world is allowed to evolve, but our calendar and clock is locked in a time when you could be put to death for saying the Earth went around the Sun. Perhaps now is the time to evolve a spiritual calendar as an ideal and symbol for personal transformation and world harmony by aligning humanity to the natural Solar cycle. This connection to the natural cycle will then result in the utilization of free clean solar energy through building orientation and design.
Amazingly this design is actually based on the stone monuments of medicine wheels and Stonehenge but integrated with the our modern scientific knowledge of the light cycle. It combines the compass, the yearly cycle, the daily cycle, the human life cycle with the Christian cross, the Jewish star of David, the yin yang symbol and the symbol of the Sun, the 12 zodiac signs and the color wheel. It is a
symbol of ConsciousRevolution which is using time as tool to promote
peace and harmony with people and nature. Could it also be the transcendental object at the end of time that Terrence Mckenna eluded to. Could it be the symbol that merges with the ideas of Nassim Haramein and the Rodin coil?

How can this idea become a reality?
The first step to bringing the Aquarian Calender to reality is to celebrate the Solstices and Equinoxes publicly. Where ever you are, try to organize free non-commercial celebrations where people gather in circles to have picnics, play drums, sing chants,play and dance.
After more people begin celebrating the Summer Solstice and solar energy, we can work to seek official Holiday status. This may be easier than imagined because Fathers day is on the Summer Solstice
and we call the Sun, Father Sun. Also the original Earth day was on the Spring Equinox and it is near to mothers day. The Aquarian Calendar
clock can also be expanded into 3 dimensions where it becomes the
Crystal Dome. This could be built as a real building or used in model form as a teaching tool.

The major improvements of the Aquarian Calendar/Clock are:
- Aligns with the Light Cycle Starts on the Northern Hemispheres Winter Solstice
- Months have more meaningful names. Months are named according to their position in the growing cycle.
We use our past wisdom and knowledge and gain Vision (January) to inspire
us to start again. We Plan (February) what Action (March) and steps to
take. We move forward with our Hope (April) and prayers which Manifest
(May) our dreams then Nurture (June) with efforts, which result in
Growth (July) and prosper and blossom into the Result (August) and
fruition that we can then Harvest (September) and Preserve (October)
the abundance and rewards. We Reflect (November) on the past cycle and
use the Wisdom (December) and knowledge gained to inspire yet another
vision.
- Uses natural turning points as Holidays Solstices and Equinoxes are additional Holidays.
- Logical and rhythmical Each month is the same length of 30 days = 360days + 5 seasonal holidays.
- Predictable Each month starts and ends on the same day and is the same every year.
- More closely Aligned with the Constellations The months are more
closely correlate to the star constellations that can be seen at that
time of year.
- Integrates the clock to Align with the Sun The clock face makes visible the relationship to the tropic of Capricorn
and the tropic of Cancer and the prime meridian..
- Fractal like proportion The clock has 12 hours of 120 minutes which is more logical
because then the The hours correspond to the minutes. for example 90
minutes after the hour is 9 O'clock. This reveals the repeating fractal
like nesting nature of cycles.
- can be used for Fun and Games. Can be used for Divination or other card and dice games.. It fits perfectly
with the 6 and 6 of two dice to total 12 for all the months. It's four
directions also correlates to the 4 suits of cards. It also fits with
the 13 cards in each suit because of the center.
- Self help tool. Inspires self questioning and include mantra's for each month which can also be sang as songs.
- Sacred space/ ritual tool. Use it as a model and mind map to establish connection to the infinite mystery.

If you believe in evolution then you may believe that humans are
continuing to evolve how we relate to the planet and each other. These
relationships are controlled more than we realize by the structure of
the calendar. Our current calendar was designed primarily for taxation
and war and keeps us confused and locked in the illogical functioning
of the past. Our calendar was developed in a time when you could be put
to death for saying that the Earth went around the Sun.

While it would be a vast undertaking to evolve our current calendar, we could begin by adopting the Aquarian Calendar
as an ideal and spiritual symbolic calendar that unifies religious
symbols and promotes living in harmony with the natural cycle. If you
