Leitzin, day 1

I just got back from visiting my family in NY last night. I ate a lot of junk and sloughed about the whole trip, so it was no surprise that a black mood descended upon me this morning. When I got home from work just now, a package full of Leitzin was waiting for me. Hallelujah. The company that makes this herbal antidepressant, JBNI, is sending out free supplies to people willing to blog regularly about their experiences with it. I figured, since I occasionally have downturns of apathy, irritatability, anxiety and lethargy, I'd be a good fit for the project.

I took 2 pills, the lowest recommended dose, about 20 minutes ago. I can't decide whether my relaxed and centered state now is from the pills or from getting home from work. If this mood lasts longer than the usual hour of happiness, I'll post an update. Definitely if I manage to remain alert, which almost never happens, especially not when I'm jetlagged from cross-country travel.
