Last month as part of our Solstice Celebration, we made time for meditation. I had set an intention to receive Guidance about the coming year.

After a whirlwind of moving furniture and creating space in my new office, I finally found time to sit and relax. There are 8 spaces where I could have chosen to sit, and the place I picked was my comfy couch.

How are you faring, amidst the tumultuous tide of events that is spreading across the globe at this time? Just as the people in Japan and other areas have been feeling the after effects of the earthquakes, I am hearing about people all across the globe who are being affected with symptoms such as depression, anxiety, and physical pain.
