Sustainable Eco-Community

Greetings all! I am working on the logistics of a long-term, life-long project. I aspire to invest in land in the northern California area, most likely in the Lost Coast or Del Norte/Humboldt County areas. The Lost Coast, with its relative seclusion, is an ideal area for this project.

The goal is to develop a sustainable commune based on permaculture-farming techniques grounded in an earth-based and egalitarian spiritual framework. I have a friend who is well-experienced with installing solar panels, and the community should have a minimal environmental impact - solar and wind power, composting, and recycled fertilizer, for instance. Ideally, this commune will be at least 40 acres.

Right now, I am working out all the logistical details, as well as raising the money needed for this investment, which is quite a large amount! I've been seeking out potential investors to help fund this project.
