The least we can do for the people in Iran struggling for what a lot take for granted in this country is be informed about what is going on there. If we know what is really happening in Iran it will be more difficult for our government to take advantage of our ignorance when it comes time to make foreign policy.

I invite you as well as 4 others from our neighborhood to my house. We have a common interest, so I have asked you all over to discus it. You see, we have a gang problem in the area in which we live. Two of us have ties to these gangs. Two of us live in the midst of the gangs with no ties, and two of us live on the edge of the problem areas, but other then that no interaction with the gangs.

It hit me! the reason people, in particular the conservitive right wing are seemingly so anti-peace isn't because they want war. It's because they don't know how to be vigilant without hate. I have been seeing the coverage of Pres. Obama's trip to the Middle East become more and more under attack.

I just saw one of the more interesting 'can of worms opened' as I watched 'The Keith Olberman show' on MSNBC.. Erich "Mancow" Muller, a WLS radio host, agreed to be waterboarded last week. Taking up an offer Olberman made to Fox news 'host' Sean Hannity, in which Olberman would give Hannity 1,000 dollars a SECOND, for every second he underwent of waterboarding.

Okay look.. I belive in the rights of the individual to speak..
But what I am hearing out of Fox news, personality 'Glenn Beck' worries me..
He is promoting the concept that if 1 million Americans didn't pay taxes, it would throw the Fed gov into chaos, which in turn would bring the revolotion that we need..

Unrealistic, inevitable, impossibles,....
Have pushed and pulled. Way past a point of self preservation, over pain thresholds ment for near death... Seeing, but still denying!
The; CLIFF, BEND, and WALL... all at once. Understanding the picture before me, but able to unorganize the truth into a bunch of smaller, more practical pieces I can handle..

I am trying to understand the difference between forcing a boy with cancer to have treatment. Who's mom's beliefs see medicine in a traditional sence, which potentially could result in the childs death...
And a person with no insurance being allowed to die because they can't afford medication that would save his/her life..

I think the real issue behind 'gay marriage' is that..
If the courts say same sex marriage is legal at the Supreme Court level, will a priest/pastor be forced by the state to marry a homosexual couple..?
In my opinion, one of the biggest issues with same sex civil unions, is the complications that it will produce in the potentially looming mixture between church and state.
