Should the way you treat people be a Belief..?

It's tragic thinking about the destructive nature that lives in our people,.
How is it that a gesture that is not war, be weak?. I know for a fact that people who very easily could be enemies, co-exist,, maybe not "friends",, but not at war either..
People who don't agree with each other don't have to 'get down' on site, even in area's where it's like that. They respect each other without getting along... I don't know to much about Pr. Chavez,, so I can't really mention on a moral issue of relations with him, but that doesn't mean that you have to be enemies and show it..
It bothers me that people belive that you have to show war to be strong..
Should the way you treat people be a belief,,, To react negative to anyone that doesn't believe with you.. Wow, I think the exposure of this mentality is so revealing.. Do they really belive they can war with everyone in the world who we disagree with? Eventually enemies at war meet,, there can be no peace until they know the terms of the cease fire.. dialogue,,Fundamental to peace, essential actually... The 'silent treatment' as a foreign policy,,, That's truly amazing...
