Bio

I generally get up around 7a and take my time for coffee, meditation, yoga and study.

I love my job, and overall I love what the company stands for and is doing in and for the world.

I teach on occasion, and generally have a couple of Life Coaching clients.

I tend to eat more vegan/vegetarian, but will eat almost anything.

I’m spiritual but not religious. What the hell does that mean? I love to study different forms of spirituality to see how it resonates with me. My ideas often evolve. I do not believe in any one ‘right way”, generally I don’t believe in a god-as far as “religion” goes. I lean towards Buddhist.
I am passionate about learning. Personal growth, self study, spirituality.

I LOVE music. My current favs are Matt Alber, Levi Kries, Jem, Diane Birch, Guy B.

I don’t own a TV, but do watch Rachel Maddow, Glee, Netflix and Stumble upon on my computer.

I would live in jeans and rarely like to “dress up”. I like nice things, but I won’t advertise for them by displaying their labels. I’d rather shop at Buffalo exchange than a mall. I’d rather eat at Paisley Violin than at a chain restaurant.

At home I prefer organic, I recycle, drive a hybrid and would rather buy second hand. I find it more challenging, more creative and more fun.

I’d rather stay at home and play games with friends than go to a bar.

I like ANY type of travel.

I love to discover new places, things, ideas.

Being a smartass, I love a good sense of humor!

I’d rather risk in love and life, than be “safe”.

I owned a coffee house for a year, loved it, but it didn’t work out. But what an awesome experience!

I’ve owned a house, but not right now.

I love a good challenge.

I don't want an average life. I believe we create our lives .
