As a man, your mother determines how you relate to women on an intimate level. I am fortunate enough to have a great mother, a woman who knows what family means. But not everyone is and this is the tricky part, what to do? As a man, either young or old, the responsibility to be mothered falls into your lap.

It is my belief that when you take a standardized test for mental health you are essentially filling out a resume for the job of being normal. In my life I have been given more labels than I could ever resolve. This, however doesn't frighten me, it reminds me that the system that is trying to "measure me" doesn't have the correct ruler yet. Hence the results are sporadic at best.

Over the past three months I have been watching an increasing number of YouTube documentaries on all sorts of subjects. From spirituality and love to the end of society, I am consuming dozens of programs. This is the sort of education that a man must go through to fully awaken, holistic exposure. But there are risks of getting stuck in the ruts of sensationalism and provocative assumptions.
