Notes from a walk in the forest

Everything that surrounds you now is the revelation we all waited for. There is no hereafter to seek, no ideal state, nothing to improve. The problem is just that we are caught in a quagmire - yet the problem intrinsically does not exist. My heart goes out to the clouds, the wind, the movements of the plants and animals, the narrow beam of light that spreads from the setting sun and reveals worlds that grow, celebrate, die, are nocturnally silent.

Worlds, Freedoms, Complexities everywhere. I breathe them in and out. I am part of this, with all my faculties: Head, Heart, Ego, Feet, Dick... nothing is to be excluded here. How absurd, how enslaving all artificial separation seems now!

I am completely immersed in the living, breathing immensity that surrounds me - and in this free-breathing moment i become myself, wholly - i am so happy! Happy, happy! We all should,we all are allowed to rejoice like this. I move with the sky, yet i do not dissolve in it - i stand rooted on the earth that loves me, holds me, that wants me to be free - with my roots. I don't wish to be in another place. Everything here is so good, so infinitely good...

My body, voice, movements, my fears, sadness and happiness: All this is unique, i don't have to cut away any of it. I am safe in a sea of unique, individual processes - all connected through the spirit of vibrancy and joy which is our home forever, our safe harbor beyond all doubt.
