What I see rising thru the center of what appears as the ghostly outline of a generic human (man/women) is the Phoenix rising up originating from the lower chakra to be in full flight denoting a revived consciousness as it comes to reside in pineal gland at the center of the head. Surrounding this event is the energies of chaos and firmament that instigate and energize its creation and rising to new consciousness of human Being
