the synchronicity of meaning -
the meaning of the "right time"
and the opportunity of an opening...

What is this sense of the sense of the world?

A pre-conceptual logic of manifestation,
a schematism?
What is its sense? How does it seem?
More, how does its sense relate
to the meaningfulness of the opportune moment?

Of what importance is "quick knowledge",
is intuition, in general,
to the grasping of synchronicity?

Of the importance of mining the tragic depths of self,
of going berserk and rolling in the sand,
of bathing in glory and energy,
of prodding physical nature
and competing in sport - of exhausting oneself;

of daydreaming in the sun
and nightmaring in virtual dark…

Here, the Gods gather, here...
We are kings!
From atop this ridge we survey
our vast dominions and count
"tick-tock, tick-tock", effortlessly.

What is this "letting go"
and "letting it happen"?!?
And how does this relate
to the peculiar curl in time
that is consciousness
and self-consciousness, alike.

To what extent do we curl and uncurl,
incline and decline, waver
in and out of tune, as we
step and do not step
within and without time's river?

Of the importance of curling and uncurling,
of detuning and digressing.
In synchronicity, do we curl and uncurl, at once?

And do the Gods grant us the answers
to these questions atop slithering ridges,
or do they only idly chatter, emitting
their cosmic giggle
into digital white
- alighting the night of reason - and sing
"tick-tock, tick-tock", unceasingly.
