FlashForward and #137 UPDATED

September 27 post, we discussed the new ABC series, FlashForward and the number 137. The premise of the series is that for 137 seconds, everyone on the planet blacks out and has a vision of their lives six months in the future. Since 137 has such intriguing connotations (covered in a previous post), we decided to keep watching the series.

In the third episode, the FBI agent in charge of the investigation into what actually happened during the FlashForward, follows a lead to Germany, where an incarcerated Nazi war criminal claims he knows why everyone blacked out for 137 seconds. He proceeds to scribble the word Kaballah, and illustrates that in Gematria, a Jewish numerology system, the word equals 137.

Whether the writers of the show take this any farther - like into the number as the DNA of light, as Wolfgang Pauli's death number, remains to be seen!

Okay, so why do I have to always be the one?

And so the 'time' is recorded as 137 seconds instead of 2 min and 17sec... so we can then make the connection with the word "Kabbalah".

Kabbalah is a mystic form of Judaism with a focus on dualism--God being male/female, both giver (good), goader (bad) etc... but the twist being that the dualism is one. Kabbalists also believe there are hidden messages in religious texts... hence Gematria.

Sound familiar ? Our subconscious (inner twin self) and conscious (outer twin self) that share a single body.

The number 137 seem to point to one side of the equation ... when looking at the array as 1,3,and 7. 1 is single; 3 is but 'one' half of 8(infinity), and then there is 7:

When checking out the root of 'seven', I found this tidbit:

in Ger. a nasty, troublesome woman is eine böse Sieben "an evil seven" (1662).

So, as you can see, lucky number seven in ancient times had a couterpart 7 that was 'Bad' luck. Hmm, I was told once that as a key to learning the French language faster, just remember that negative/bad words are 'la' (feminine) while positive/good words are 'le' (masculine).

The Masonic 'G' is the 7th letter. And if you divide the Alphabet in two (dualism fashion)- A-M (13 letters) and N-Z (13 letters), the letter 'G'(Gimil) is smack dab in the middle of A-M ( 7th position either forward or backward). A and M incidently are the 1st and last letters of ADAM. At the very center of the second set of letters N-Z, is the letter 'T' (THEA... God/Goddess).

Now, the letter 'G' shares a root origin to other letters such as 'C', 'J', 'Q', 'K', 'Y', 'H', 'I' ...and... "X" ("ECKS",or 'X" became incorporated into the alphabet much later... someone was doing some serious aligning)

So there you have it... the letter "G" is really code for "X". "X" being the complimentary opposite (in Kabbalist dualism fashion) of the seventh letter "T". Now if you merge the small letter 'x' with the small letter 't'or '+' (plus sign) you get the Bethleham star... -- representing the duality of Mercury and Venus aligning in the night sky.

Except now add into the equation our trickster inner twin and their world. Tah-dah!!

I think the show is probably better than the book, @ least what I've read of it so far. Halfway thru the book, some stuff happen with the characters that breaks down the credibility for me. The show, so far, has us hooked.

about your comment of the belief of hidden messages in religious texts, there have been a number of absolutely fascinating shows aired on that very subject!

and back to 137 - gee, isn't that on tonight? i've not been able to grab an entire episode yet! and don't have the means with which to record it! but can't wait to see if they do follow up with the dna path or not!

Hey Gypsy, trust me, I'm only one mortal player in this amazing team of mortals! Most of the words and numbers put forth are not mine! I just catch the ball thrown and do what I do best... run and slam dunk!! It's a riot.

Flashforward sounds like great fun... but I can tell you, from my perspective it's nothing compared to what's going on right here, right now in real life!!
