I have recently discovered that the best thing I could ever have done for myself, and for that matter, the best thing I'll ever be able to do for myself in the future is to simply LET GO. Give in, your life will thank you. I decided last week, on the second day of my Anatomy and Physiology course, that the only way I will be able to remember the bajillion different little parts in my body and how they relate to each other as the foundation of various energy systems, was to simply get my ego, and "my brain" to some extent, out of the way. This decision has let loose a cascade of responses from my whole being. I woke up the morning after this decision and, to my surprise, had somehow memorized every bone in the body, and even intuited some of the joint movements which had not even been covered yet in class. This decision, however, and its resultant effects, came from my ever expanding understanding of the fundamental nature of the universe, and increased time in meditation and yoga practice. So, in keeping with the nature of my decision I will leave my ego out of the equation and cut short this blog. Namaste my brothers and sisters.
