Working for creation

God's creation did not end after seven days. Instead creation was worked in to our free will. I propose that we create our own reality, which is certainly not a new stance. One must consider that all of evolution has not occurred from a scientific perspective, but from the perspective of creation. Within our own minds we hold the entire universe, therefore, the universe is a creation of our minds. And while the contemporary scientific and technological methods have been the catalyst for creating most of our present reality, they can not account for the creation of myth. Myth has been part of a more subtle level of reality for all of time, even if you look at time from a linear perspective. Modern myths take the form of extraterrestrials, UFO sightings, and Sasquatch – to name a few. Native American myth makes many references to Sasquatch, or Boqs, but the arrival of the white man and the subsequent dismissal of all things “Indian” has forced many of their creatures of myth beyond the threshold of the tangible. But the myth of Sasquatch is one of the only stories which remains into the present day. Thousands of supposed sightings have been documented and the search for such a creature continues to intensify. Perhaps the longer the myth is perpetuated, the closer it comes to being real. If we have the capability to create our own reality, then it is only a matter of time until enough people create the reality of mystical creatures such as Sasquatch in their minds, effectively rendering such a mythological beast a new species recognized by science. God created us in his image, and therefore, as our own gods, we are free to will new creatures and realities in to being. Thus is the hierarchy of God's creation.
