There is a intro video which sets the scene for the game.
It's fascinating!

The fact that gnn.tv (guerrilla news network) is behind it is also very curious.

It's kind of Matrix like. Brilliant animation --it was done by Phong, the people who made the now famous anti-Bush Eminem video that encouraged youth to VOTE!
