Saxophonist Dominic Lalli, and drummer Jeremy Salken form the electronic duo called Big Gigantic. But really they should call themselves "Epic Humongawesome"... because that's what they are!

If someone asked me what kind of music they play, I'd respond that they don't exactly play music so much as they assault the crowd with their strobe lights and booty-melting bass rhythms. If you could imagine that the world was coming to an end in a fiery reign of techno and robotic laser turrets while everybody got half naked and made out in giant piles on the ground... then you might be able to imagine a Big Gigantic show.

First comes the beat, hip-hopish in character, but with an extra special umph that's guaranteed to make your panties wet. After getting the crowd worked up, Lalli seduces you with sultry melodies from his saxophone before deciding to crush you with more of that thumping rhythm and finally finishing you off with some rip-saw-dubstep bass. And after each sick drop you just want more and more of it until your laying on the ground, panting and exhausted like after a good fuck. But then you realize that their still playing and you get up and keep dancing.

There truly are no words to describe the spectacle that is Big Gigantic... except maybe "BLATZ BLATZ doodleoodledoodle WHOMP WHOMP WHOMP doodleoodledoodle brebruh-breeewwwwwwrrrrrhhhhhh!" but those are so inadequate.

And unless you have a stereo system that's bigger than you are, I doubt that listening to their albums at home will do them justice. But either way, I suggest you download them:
