We build shelter from indigenous materials on site and conduct long term experiments and demonstrations in tree and shrub crops.
We grow chestnuts, blueberries, hardy kiwifruit, mushrooms and many other "harvest only" food systems. Also eat some occasional roadkill. Nothing wasted in the new rural culture!
