It can be annoying at times but is voluntary so it goes away when you want it to, well so far it has. It is a sound just outside the ears on either side of the head, in a way surrounding the head. It is neutral in that it is not pleasant nor is it unpleasant to hear. Because it goes away at will it is not an illness.
Those with eyes will "see". Those with "ears" will hear.
Gods name is the sum of all spiritual gifts given to man.
