so i have been interested in the maya for a while now...but i recently started reading into mayan astrology...its quite interesting and i recommend you take a look for yourself.
http://www.tortuga.com/ they offer a bunch of good credible information, and they have a link to decode your birthday and discover your mayan "signature"
from experience what i recomend doing from this point is:
..when you go there decode your birthday take the name they give you and paste it into google. then the first site that comes up should be from astrodreamadvisor.com
click on that link to be given a full overvew of who you are, and who you are becoming, as well as what guides you, challenges you, helps and compliments you. its really quite beautiful when you start to look up your friends and family and see how are energies relate and create one another.... its quite amazing.
the exerpts on this website are taken from a book "The Mayan Oracle - Return Path to the Stars" by Ariel Spilsbury & Michael Bryner.

much love my fellow evolvers...

...we are here...are you ready?

there are translations and modern adaptations of the multitude of Mayan calendar cycles
( four clans, seven seals, thirteen tones, twenty tribes, twenty eight day moons, two hundred sixty day tzoltins, three hundred sixty four day+one day "out of time" and thirteen moon cycles) there is even a downloadable shareware Mayan calendar program known as "DreamSpell" to introduce you to "time is art" and help you evolve beyond 12\60 time.
As well as, almost all of his writings and philosophies, initiatives, networks and groups of people already engaged in peaceful synchronicity and liberation of evolutionary conciousness through Art.
