If we arbitrarily split 2012 in half, we are left with the twenty card, or Time-Space in Voyager Tarot, and the twelve card, the Hanged Man. Twenty is what I often refer to as our litmus test in life, to see just where we are at with things, while twelve is the “big surrender.” How willing are you to surrender to what the divine has in store for you? Are you willing to set aside the time and space to get realigned with the divine, or to go “in” for that “realignment?” The wack mock rap, beat poet Lord Buckley might crow, “sometimes you’ve got to knock the corners off the squares, and straighten out the cats with the bent frames.” Have we got too set in our ways? Is it time to readdress what it is to be an American?
Is it time to look to the oddfellow or that 100th monkey? Is it time to pray that Rudolph returns early this year, cuz we might just really need him? “Face things exactly as they are,” in knowing that “the strength of a strong woman shows in an uncompromising truthfulness with herself.” You don’t frost a burnt cake. “Rebirth comes in its own time and cannot be rushed by your egoistic desire.” Even if I don’t like the look of things, I still must wait upon the will of heaven. “Do not interfere before the time is ripe.” If you pull a shadow (side) card, perhaps it is time to “go more deeply” into the darkness and unknown. “Sacrifice your ego identification with your ideas,” as “(passive) surrender is represented by the complete letting go of self aspiration and personal ego.” Play your soul card and take responsibility for what you can and find your rhythm for that which you can’t. Use compassion as your compass, and let spirit show you the way. Don’t just google it, “yogini” it. Do your best to keep your spiritual plane clean. Balance your good works with good food and the great outdoors. Hang out with your local lady of the lake or priestess of the pond. Give the bottle a rest and let the walls fall from within. Real eyes that life is forgiving, and for giving. Believe in the “law of reversal” and know that “doors open” as you “make believe.” Let things sit for a bit more, speak easy and move more slowly, trusting that it is only natural to stub your toe a time or two, as we often best learn from our mistakes and failures. Even to do nothing is sometimes the optimum response, as there is a time two tango, and a time for limbo. Leave things hanging out to dry some. Keep your soul in motion and stay in circle. Let things come to you.
Make time for inner space, that placeless place of the innermost house within. Deepen your process and go beyond your wildest sense of imagination. Indulge of your holy most grail, and drink well of the divine wine. Be lovestruck as you take in the unobstructed view. Rebearth, reLife, and “revolve in consciousness.” Pop your bubble, and from the rubble, “create out of yourself a new person.” Be reminded of just how spacious and gracious you are. Real eyes too that we may well be at a “departure point for sowing new seeds of consciousness,” and that we are but “harbinger of new things to come.” We cherish what we create. Cherish these times. Remain down 2 earth despite the altered state of the union. As immaterial girl and maiden mystic, stay “unbound in transition” and “mindful of how every thought creates a seed” for what soon comes. As “gentle hunter,” understand that “thru physical exploration and experience, you discover inner realms and space.” Put in the work, and know that if “not in their name,” it is worth all our while if you stay in the game, and give into your namesake.
