I've always been intrigued by fire, gazing as this incorporeal being dances. Fire is one of those overtly mystic entities which is totally captivating each and every time I see it. It feels wonderful to be a candle. In darkened room nothing exists. Everything is in a state of high probabilistic flux. One candle collapses it all. One candle creates your world. The ultimate sacrifice.

It comforts me that there are still Vikings around today. In fact there are a whole hell of a lot of them running around in Scandinavia. You see they never really went away, just put up their swords for axes with strings. I suppose it's quite the leap in evolution, maybe not in the physical sense (or maybe so!) but certainly in an ethical one.
