The Final Idol

By the greatness and beauty of the creatures
proportionately the maker of them is seen.

Science is the new slavery.
The new bondage, the new ignorance, the final idol of Mankind.

Science is a human creation, nothing more and nothing less.
Hence its power, glory, and beauty.

But before any science, there is Man.

Thus the fallacy, the blindness, the ignorance of a science that pretends to dispense with the question of human existence, claims to speak of the world as it would be in our absence, and expects to reduce humanity to physical processes when it barely has a concept of what Man is.

The disastrous confusion of trying to reduce our perceiving to our own perceptions.
To subsume our creating under our creations.
To build an image and call it a god.
