I am an artist & designer with a passion for mindful cooking & eating. I illustrated a natural foods cookbook for kids (namely 7-12 year olds) called the Supernatural Kids Cookbook.

I also represent my family's business of organic holistic skin food created by my grandfather Dr. Alkaitis PhD in physical chemistry from UCLA, molecular biologist, an ethnopharmacologist (traditional healing forms using plants), and pharmacognosist (medicinal properties of plants).
